2026 MSP Youth Tackle Football

Grades K - 6th

Summer Schedule:

April - July

Practice two days a week at Avon Middle School North (Wednesday and Friday)

Training two days a week at Major Sports Performance Gym in Avon (Monday and Thursday)

One day of conditioning at Washington Township Park Hill (Sunday)

Season Schedule:

Starting in July once school in back in session

Practice at Avon Middle School North (Monday and Thursdays)

Training at MSP Gym (Tuesday and Wednesdays)

Games on Saturdays at various locations in the Indianapolis area.

Regular season games will begin in August. We will play in the Indiana youth sports (IYS) or Gridiron Development (GDL) league depending on age group. The league is 8 weeks and will have playoffs and a championship to conclude the regular season.

After the regular season and playoffs we then begin our post season tournaments which take place on weekends (check in on Friday, games on Saturday and Sunday). Tournaments are typically 3-4 games. We will travel in post season.

Tentative schedule for post season:

Indy Crossroads Early - November 6th - 8th (Indianapolis Area)

Rivertown Rumble - November 13th - 15th (Lawrenceburg, IN Area)

Battle in RockyTop - November 20th - 22nd (Tennessee)

Our season will be concluded with RockyTop Nationals.

Equipment:

We do have equipment for players to borrow during the season; however, we strongly recommend investing in your own equipment that is highly rated for the best player safety. We also encourage players to wear a guardian caps. If you do invest in equipment we will buy back from you once you are done with youth sports and out grow it. We are happy to provide recommendations on equipment.
